"Adequate sized 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, but in a run down condition. Inside, Could do with new furniture and painting. No outside chairs/ table for use on balcony, which was a shame. We did not use cooker, choosing to eat out. So can't say how effective it works. Not enough glasses to have a wine. ( only 1 in cupboard)."

"Beautiful room. Felt like we were staying in a condo! Loved how close it was to the market and beautiful walks at the Botanical gardens. If we come back to Christchurch will be staying here for sure!!"

"Spacious, very comfortable, good value"

We did not find the bed comfortable as...

"very friendly & helpful hosts, clean, tidy rooms, great off-street parking, walking distance to the ChCh cbd...would highly recommend."

"I stayed for a week. Every thing was great, but there is no cleaning service for free for long stays."

"Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. Was perfect for what we needed."

"Great location. Right smack-bang in the heart of everything."
