"I’ve been staying here for years and it’s been through about three owners… this last visit may well be the last time. I’ve always just pulled up to the parking gate, pressed the button and they’ve let me in and then I’ve gone upstairs to check in. This time they wouldn’t let me in until I’ve checked in which meant leaving my motorcycle with all the gear in the Street whilst waiting for the check-in queue. The guy on reception was very grumpy to deal with. There’s plenty of other hotels!"

"Great location and amazingly helpful staff. We were able to walk everywhere in Andorra la Vella from the hotel. Special thanks to the woman who checked us in on 10/27. She recommended the perfect hike for us. And, the bartender was very nice too. We highly recommend."

"Déjeuner incroyable !!"

"Super close to several restaurants in town and Caldera. Staff were super helpful and accommodating."

Ontbijt erg goed.

"Absolutely beautiful property with amazing, helpful staff. It is very close to the city but not right in the center (a short 5-minute drive). We actually preferred this. It really was a little bittersweet to leave. We will stay there again."

"The reservation system has been hacked so we have had multiple phishing attempts on WhatsApp - staff seemed nonchalant when we reported this. It’s more of a budget hotel - one crappy pillow and an air conditioning system that didn’t seem to function. Hard to recommend."

"Very pet friendly."

"The location was excellent, and parking right in front of the hotel was convenient. The room offered a great mountain view from both the main area and the bedroom. The staff was helpful throughout our stay. On our second day, we needed to leave early, and they accommodated us with an early breakfast. The member of staff who served it was professional, friendly, and very pleasant. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"Neat, clean and spacious rooms! Wonderful location ! Great parking! Lovely lobby: very friendly staff! Breakfast buffet was great! Next time I will go there during skiing season! The view of the mountains is spectacular!"

"Perfectly located, great price, lovely room. Great views"
