"The staff is outstanding. Courteous, willing to help with information about the area. At the restaurant (breakfast area) the ladies were always aware of our needs and offered help right away. The lobby, breakfast room. and the rooms are kept impecably clean. The location is ideal for getting around not just the Palermo area, but all of Buenos Aires because of the proximity to the subway (Subte)."

The apartment met all of my expectations. It was quiet, comfortable, and provided a safe, relaxing place to return to after exploring Buenos Aires.

"Firstly the price you see is not the price you pay. Shortly after booking we received an email saying we need to pay 21% VAT when we check in. I have been booking through hotels.com since 2018 and besides City Tax, we were never asked to pay any VAT or additional taxes. Regrettably we were not able to cancel the booking as it is no refundable.
