"It’s sad to see a beautiful hotel become rundown. The carpet had stains and were worn out: both in the rooms I had as well as corridors. On a separate issue, I had to call multiple times ( over 8 hrs) to get a toilet roll and tissue box replaced. The desk chair had a big depression from all the people ..."
