"El entorno es muy agradable y relajante. Los desayunos muy buenos y el restaurante y la piscina están en un entorno inmejorable. El personal muy amable.
Algo a mejorar sería la oscuridad en la habitación, en cuando sale el sol entra mucha luz por la mañana. "
"Tres belle surprise cette résidence. Endroit magnifique et calme.Residence nicher dans un beau parc prés d'une rivière. Petite maisons style Basque tres bien équipées. J'ai réservée une nuit sur la route des vacances et bien j'aurai dû prendre plus pour pouvoir profité pour faire des randonnées.

"Tolles Hotel 7 km von Biarritz entfernt. Frühstück sehr gut und auch die komplette Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Zwei Kritikpunkte: zu wenig Liegen am Pool wenn Hotel komplett gebucht ist. Außerdem ist Bad indem Superior Zimmern sehr klein und die Tür zum Bad ist nicht gut angebracht, da sich keine zweite Person im Bad aufhalten kann. Besser wäre eine Schiebetür oder im Notfall gar keine Tür"

"Good location for beaches, sea swimming, surfing etc and a 20minute ish walk gets you into town with lots of restaurants and nice shops.
Hotel staff were lovely, hotel was modern and clean.
We only had breakfasts and they were very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and lots more."
"L’emplacement et l’état général de l’établissement est correct, p/ contre nous avons eu un insecte qui ressemblait à une punaise et la réaction du personnel a été surprenament déconcertante, finalement ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre.
Le séjour s’est bien passé sauf l’accueil du personnel à la réception. À notre arrivée les 3 personnes étaient entrain de faire leur comptes et la réception était « accessoire ».
