"This hotel is just one year old. It is in a beautiful location even for a weekend getaway from Jakarta. The hotel is very well managed and the staff is excellent. I ordered room service a few times and the food and preparation was really excellent. I was pleasantly surprised in all aspects."

"Feel a little bit disappointed because they didn't provide the basic toiletries like a toothbrush, need to be requested, and for superior room, they also don't provide slippers. For the first time I see this, because this is 4 stars hotel. Even though the 3 stars or no stars hotel will provide toothbrush ..."
