"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use. Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed...

"The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Situated right on the waters edge., the police was beautiful very well decorated and we loved the huge projector TV and the sound system. The hot water tap wasn’t very hot so we bought a cheap kettle and there was no microwave. Some of the lightbulbs needed changing also. The beds were very comfy, there was so much space in the house and it has been beautifully renovated. The outdoor area could do with a little revamp or even a hot...
