We loved our stay here - felt like home, and the family that owns it is very friendly and easy-going. Great breakfast, too, and a great price. Osman was awesome - very knowledgeable and great to just to talk with - my whole group of 7 really appreciated our time there.
This was a great place to stay with our family. We had a luxury suite which had a queen and three twins in a converted apartment, so plenty of space. We had a balcony that had great views of the fortress and of the sunset.
The staff was fantastic and very helpful and the breakfasts were superb. I would highly recommend!
The bedroom & bathroom were clean & comfortable with a small balcony without a view. The room air conditioner worked well. The room was shaded by the retaining wall which help keep the room cool despite the 85 outside temperature.
Sevilla the hostess was very welcoming & friendly & spoke excellent English. The included Turkish breakfast was excellent made by a lovely lady who knew how to cook & be a gracious hostess without speaking English.
The location was a easy walk to the shopping, bazaar & the historic ruins of St John’s Church.

The location was good . The air conditioner not so great. Also the bathroom door doesn't worked.
Place was slightly out of centre but well-worth the savings. A few minutes downhill to the shuttle Ephesus stop in front of Turkish bath. No restaurants close by but Panama coffee shop I liked. I recommend.

Good for the price
The hotel is located up a small incline so people with any disability maty struggle without transport. It is quite dated but clean and comfortable. Hosts were very nice. Selcuk is a lovely town.

Staying at Ephesus Palace Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Sevilay greeted me with the warmest smile and genuine kindness that instantly made me feel at home. She is not just welcoming — she has a gift for making every guest feel special and cared for.
The hotel itself feels more like staying with family than in a typical hotel. Every corner radiates comfort and warmth, and the atmosphere is so peaceful that I truly felt relaxed from the very first day. My stay here wasn’t just accommodation — it was an experience filled with kindness, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
I left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. If you’re visiting the area, staying here is not just recommended — it’s a must.
We stayed at this hotel with my family for our visit to the village of Sirince, the temple of Artemis and the ancient city of Ephesus, the receptionist Mr Baris was very polite (thanks mate) , the price was very reasonable compared to the region and you should definitely stay at number 5 if you are more than 2 people. Thank you

Disliked: Cleanliness
It's more likely a room in a house and the interior was not so good. Also unfolded towel and blanket were in the room and toilet, and the bed matress is not good one. Breakfast was different from the page, which was much later.
