"L’appartamento era molto pulito ma anche piccolo, non c’era spazio per aprire le valigie. Nonostante avessimo prenotato per 4 persone, il divano letto non era aperto e abbiamo dovuto prepararlo noi. "Location,size of room and breakfast were lovely! However it was let down by inconsistent staffing of reception! On arrival in the evening despite knocking on several,what seemed like office doors and ringing reception we still had an appalling wait for a member of staff! He seemed to also appear from one of the doors we’d knocked on so had ignored our knock.
