"Was nice that it was so close to the lake and other sights. Beds and hut were comfortable and clean and bathrooms and showers were clean. The common kitchen area was nice with all you need but busy and toaster only one side worked. Some dining options were available and decent convenience store nearby. Was the second highest price spot we stayed on the ring road so felt a little high for a hut 300 feet from the bathroom. Also, you can get breakfast but it costs $35 each!!"

"Really nice hotel with spacious rooms, very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The downside is that it's quite expensive, as are most hotels in Iceland!"

"Excellent location and very well maintained property. One of the only locations with staff on duty with great customer service. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of food choices. The only negative were the millions of potholes on the road leading up to the property but that’s the job of the city/town officials not the property owners. Highly recommended."
