"🙂👍"

"Vi hade problem vid incheckningen. Man fick kod till dörren via Whats app. Hade inte whats app så det tog tid att förstå att det var den appen som användes, ladda ner den och kunna läsa koden. Vårt rum saknade nyckel som kom senare. Det gjorde att vi inte vågade lämna våra saker på rummet och fick vänta på reservnyckeln."

"Helpful staff and clean amenities. Great location in Grandi/ Old Harbour. Easy walking distance to main shopping centre. 10/10"

"Location is very convenient, close to everything. The walls are thin so be mindful of that and respect quiet hrs but other than that, it was easy to check in/out. The showers/toilets were always clean. The bedrooms are small but if you only need to sleep for a couple hrs I think it’s perfect because you have privacy and enough space for your belongings. There is no front desk but I believe you can message them with any inquiries - I tried to request a fresh towel and received no response but...

"I had a really great stay at Arctic Comfort. The location is great as there are multiple bus services to and from downtown Reykjavik. Plenty of shops and restaurant options around the area as well."

"This accommodation was nice, the rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. I never had to wait for a toilet or shower, and it was nice to have a hot tub - I had it alone for an entire hour. It’s also near a Bonus grocery store and the main kitchen in the lobby has a few nice touches to help you prep some food (kettle, fridge, microwave, drinks, etc). The only complaint I have is that it’s advertised as soundproof pods, but I feel...

"Place was close to everything, I only stayed two nights and both days shower was not working. Breakfast is served at 7:30am, I guess the 7:00am only applies during summer time."

"Chambre complète, bien située. Chambre peu insonorisée on entend les voisins qui font la fête tres tard dans la nuit...."

"Hotel was clean and cozy, the free breakfast delicious. Self check in was so easy! Zero issues with the hotel! I would definitely stay again!"

"Great location, easy access to bus stops 4 and 4. Very comfortable rooms."

"It was a no hassle check in and out process, the Host messaged a few days before with instructions on getting in. It was a little weird that you entered a restaurant to get to the elevator, but otherwise there was no issues getting into the property. The place was spacious that included a kitchen with enough plates and silverware and electric stove. I can't comment too much on the kitchen because we didn't cook in. They also provided a Nespresso and pods to use during our stay. The bathroom...

"Really good hotel."
