Dear Amita,We are very sorry to read this review which does not correspond to the truth. Please allow us to get into the details of what has happened: You booked your stay in a Deluxe Room for a total of 2 people. Upon check-in, you presented yourself in company of your adult sons, assuming and stating you booked for 4 people. Our Reservation Manager kindly informed you that the booking was only for two people, after double confirming with Expedia, and that for the additional occupancy in the room a surcharge would be requested of about 1031. You strongly disagreed and pretended not to pay for the additional two people in the room. At that moment, after a long dispute at the front desk we granted you access to the room to wait for the owners with whom you would have found a solution. In the early evening, around 7pm, you confronted the owners, insisting not to pay for the surcharge. After a long argument, where no one has ever threatened to remove your adult sons from the hotel, you bargained to pay 650 for two extra beds for 2 nights. We are people and people make mistakes, but we own up to them. To be taken into the bud like this for a mistake, that has not been done by us, is really not fair.
