Quiet stay in Semmering

The surroundings of the Hotel are great and very quiet. Excellent service including the Shuttle to the ski area. The temperature of the water during a shower was changing constantly from ice cold to extreme hot forcing us to take very short showers! The pool was not available and we had to go to another hotel to swim.

印象悪し

値段にもよるが、眺望側と崖側ではあまりに差がありすぎる。今後、眺望側いくら、崖側いくらにして出したほうが、客のほうが納得すると思う。 先にも報告したが、レセプションに入って予約状況を聞いたら、報告が届いていないのか、コンピーターの不具合か良くわからないが、入室するのに30分以上待たされた。そのため、空室にエクスペディアと同じ条件の部屋を当てが割れた。この部屋は、崖側であまりよく使われていないためか、風呂のお湯を出したら最初、鉄さび色のお湯がでてきた。 何度も入れ替えたが、無色にはならなかった。英語があまり話せないので、そのまま我慢して同じルームに二泊した。 チェックアウト時にこの件伝えたが、ソリーソリーと謝るだけでおもしろくなかった。風呂のお湯に関して、薄々知っているようだった。

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um den Theatersommer in Reichenau zu erleben, aber auch die Natur zu genießen.Wir könnten uns den so entspannten Semmering nicht vorstellen!

Zimmerwechsel war problemlos möglich. Nettes Service, aufmerksames Personal Die kulturellen Angebote in Semmering und Umgebung sind vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Wandern und eintauchen in vergangene Zeiten sind eine nette Kombination...

Grosse Zimmer, aber sehr abgewohnt....

von Aussen und im Empfangsbereich tolles Haus, leider merkt man, dass die Zimmereinrichtung und die Sanitärbreiche schon viele Jahre auf dem Buckel haben - hier wäre eine Renovierung dringend angesagt. Das Hallenbad war generell geschlossen "wegen Renovierungsarbeiten"..... Der gesamte Wellnessbereich wirkt auch nicht mehr zeitgemäss, hier lassen die 90er Jahre grüssen...

Freundliches Personal

Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen. Ambiente sehr schön. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren SEHR nett!!!! Gästewunsch wurde sofort berücksichtigt und Zimmer ohne Probleme getauscht. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und gut. Natürlich ist es ein ins Alter gekommenes Haus aber OK. SCHLECHT war: Seit einer Woche gibt es einen neuen Küchenchef, der das für die Hochzeit bestellte Menü umwarf und eine eigene Kreation machte. Das sah zwar für das Auge gut aus, schmeckte aber gar nicht und die Hauptspeise war kalt. Die Portionen waren mini. Die Wartezeiten sehr lange. Schade für das Brautpaar, das viel Geld dafür zahlte.

정말 좋아요!

아름다운 경치가 있는 앤틱한 호텔 객실크기 적당하고 침대 편하고 욕실 편하고 세면용품 슬리퍼 가운 갖춰져서 편하게 즐겼구요 아침 너무 훌륭했어요 음악과 함께 멋지고 맛있게 누렸네요. 겨울에 다시 방문하고 싶어요

Garnd and glorious Panhans

Big old 19th century hotel, has gone through many historic changes and renovations, most recently in 1980s. Rooms are large and comfortable. Furniture and carpets a bit worn, but so what? Views are absolutely beautiful!! Breakfast buffet was bountiful and tasty. Check in and check out were easy. Fitness room and spa area are nice features you rarely get for free in a similar hotel. Don't know if it was just the time of year (late August, so not ski season) but none of the other hotel guests were younger than 80!

Der Zahn der Zeit knabbert am Semmering...

...und auch am Panhans ist die Zeit nicht spurlos vorübergegangen, was ja auch nicht wirklich überrascht. Von außen sieht man es ihm allerdings nicht an - die Eingangshalle, das Restaurant und die Bar sind noch ganz gut in Schuss. Unser Zimmer in der "Beletage" war sehr geräumig und die Aussicht von der riesigen Loggia war wunderbar, aber es wurde wohl zuletzt vor etwa 30 Jahren renoviert, wovon nicht nur Bad und (positiv hervorzuheben: separates) WC, sondern insbesondere auch der Spannteppich (bzw. das, was von ihm übrig war) ein beredtes Zeugnis ablegten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist aber, dass das Zimmer wirklich absolut sauber war. Hallenbad und Vital Club haben wir nur kurz angeschaut: Ersteres wirkte sauber, aber das Ganze schien doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und optisch kein bisschen luxuriös - eher wie ein öffentliches Hallenbad. Der Vital Club schien schon deutlich moderner und einladender. Das Restaurant war in Ordnung, die Preise (à la carte) für das Gebotene doch recht hoch. Unser Kellner war freundlich und bemüht, wie auch das Personal an der Rezeption. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Kaffee und Tee hole ich persönlich mir eher ungern selbst am Buffet aber das spart sicherlich Personal. In Anbetracht des vergleichsweise günstigen Preises und vor dem Hintergrund, dass unsere Erwartung nicht allzu hoch gesteckt waren, waren wir insgesamt zufrieden.

Unglücklicher Einstieg beim Empfang, Servicepersonal im Cafe-Bereich sehr uninteressiert. Schwimmbad etwas veraltet im Stil, Wellnessbereich gut, Zimmer ok, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend bis gut.
