Did not like that only 1 person working at bar area on a very busy day and she worked very hard at trying to keep up with all the customers but it was impossible to do. Had to move to another room, the air conditioner was not cooling and the tv was not working in our room."

"A great location in the heart of downtown Baltimore - super easy and convenient for all the sites. Would be good if they could negotiate an agreement with local parking garage for car parking as the costs are out of control in the area but that is not a fault of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean, contemporary and super quiet which was great for getting our toddler to sleep after a long car journey. Would stay again!"
