"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."

"Indeed a wonderful stay, very helpful staff and a nice bungalow for me and my daughter and our 4 day visit to Gili Air. Close to the beach, bike-rental in the front shop and free snorkeling gear available at the reception desk.
Highly recommended for a stay in the Gilis "

"This place is incredible! We loved it so much that we booked to stay again a few days later.
The place is beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The location is quiet but just a 5 minute walk from the good snorkelling beach and lots of restaurants and bars.
The staff here are incredible - so welcoming, helpful and fun to be around. They do everything that they can to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Adi and Maddi!

"If I could sum up our 7-day stay at Qunci Villa Resort it would be FABULOUS! My husband and I had an oceanview room and it superceded our expectations. Large bed, Bottled water renewed everyday! We had an outdoor shower in our bathroom- very nice!
The staff have been well trained in hospitality and look after guests extremely well. They were friendly, attentive and always there to make sure we were well catered to.
The three outdoor pools overlooking the ocean allowed for beautiful views at all times. The pool staff were friendly and the QR code ordering for food & drinks was great. So many places to sit and soak in the sun that one didn't feel like you'd run put of space.
The three restaurants were well designed and the food was very good - Choose from Italian, seafood or Indonesian.
Happy hour every day.
We loved our time there and will most definitely come again!"
"A 1 hour and 10 minute BluBird cab ride north from the airport 330 K IDR.
One bedroom private pool villa. Very good condition, no grime. I would guess 90 square meters indoors and another 90 sqm of pool and decking. Pool about 7M x 3M and 1.4M deep (good if you want to swim, not great if you have children since there is no "paddling depth"). WiFi "ok", aircon adequate , not powerful. 2 restaurants, good food selection, good quality. Prices good until 40% tax+service charges are added. This seems to be an Indonesian custom. It's another 30 minute cab ride to Bangsal for boats to the Gilis. GRAB 150K IDR. Overall, happy. Would stay there again."
"Lovely villa with plenty of room for 4 of us. We loved having the pool right outside and being in an exclusive area of around a dozen villas. The location was perfect for us - easy access to the beach and a short walk from shops and restaurants. The breakfast area was lovely and quiet, but the food wasn't great and left out in the open to flies for many hours. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The amenities and refreshments were only replaced a few times in the accommodation during our stay, rather than every day. Resort was very safe and secure."
"We stayed in the Buddha Villa which was incrediable! Three bedrooms right on the beach with stunning sunset views of Mt Agung. The pool, deck and sun loungers made relaxing so easy. The bathrooms are huge and so grand. We will be back!"
"Had a really great time staying at Rajavilla. After an initial hiccup with the check-in process, the team were all extremely lovely and helpful and even upgraded us to the lagoon suite with an awesome private pool. Would definitely come back and stay there again."
"We booked this hotel very last minute after changing our plans due to poor weather elsewhere. The hotel was really good value and our room was located perfectly, just steps away from the pool (partial ocean view room). The staff were really friendly, drinks and food were great value and the rooms well proportioned.
We did find the food service to be quite slow, but the food was great.
Everything is very easy to access via Grab, without this the hotel would be quite isolated.
Overall the hotel was very relaxing, with a beautiful pool."
