"Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. "DIRTIEST hotel I have ever stayed in and I've been in a few. Been in Indo for a month and this was my 6th room, hair was every where, not mine, mold bigger than a pizza, no soap, towel or toilet paper. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned in months, no hot water. Pictures are a decade old, walls are covered in grime and what was under the bed gave me nightmares. Slightly better than sleeping in the streets. Sheets were clean and the door had a lock."
