He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Recommended us to a wonderful place for dinner too which we enjoyed tremendously. The view from our room is fantastic! Thank you for everything! "

"It is a 3 storey building with no elevator so if you have heavy luggage and are staying on floor 2 or 3 you will need to carry it up the stairs. Washing machine and drying function in the bathroom was fantastic."
