"We enjoyed the Bologna house. It was high up on the hill and could only get there by taxi or bus. Very seldom were we able to find an available taxi and the bus just drove past where we stayed. When we called the property manager and said we were having trouble getting rides, he hung up on us. Property was nice but not a place I would return to."

"The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. The hosts were amazing, available at all times, and very helpful. Walking distance to the lake with great views. "

"Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio"

"Breakfast on the lake outside was magical, absolutely heavenly. We also had dinner there- the good and service was excellent! The hotel room was clean and well appointed. Just a note- the 3rd floor rooms don’t have windows, just skylights, but there was still plenty of natural light.The front desk staff was super helpful! Tremezzo was fantastic, not crowded like Como or Bellagio. We walked to the museum, bars and ferry from La Darsena. We hope to be back soon!"

"Where do I start? We arrived to Il Perlo and were welcomed with a nice cocktail overlooking the most breath taking views of Bellagio! The staff was phenomenal! The family suite was perfect for four adults. It was spotless and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel shuttle was so convenient to use for our trip into the lakeside town of Bellagio. If we had more days to stay at the hotel we would've booked the cooking class they have on-site which looked very fun! The breakfast...

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. "Our stay here was incredible. The view of the lake from our room and the dining room was breathtaking! The staff were all so kind and helpful, especially Bianca at the front desk. She made us feel so welcome and made shuttling to dinner so easy. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"The room was minimal and had a nice view! Balcony was clean. Shower was a bit small. Staff was pleasant, and location was perfect for ferry rides exploring other little towns. The pool was very cold and there was construction going on around pool and hottub was closed. Breakfast was nice but cost us an extra $20 because we didnt include it with the room. Not sure it was worth $20 a person but it was good."

"Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home.
