"Friendly Service with quality a good atitude. Needs improvement in room service protocols like sending a tea in a paper cup with tea bag inside ( as if room service should be like take away to go out) or forgetting to send salt and pepper in tray when you order scrambled eggs. They don’t have the individual portion. Air purifier in room is too noisy. So is the little fridge. Location and building are beautiful. "

"First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast. "

"Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. "

"We were disappointed with our stay. I had emailed about a birthday and was told there would be a surprise, but nothing was prepared. After asking multiple staff, we eventually received some balloons. From what I’d seen online, rooms were decorated with banners, balloons and toys, so this was quite underwhelming. We were also told something would be set up in our room while we were out, but this didn’t happen. The room view also wasn’t as advertised."

"Chuyến đi về cơ bản là ko đc như ý muốn, đồ ăn Singapore ko hợp khẩu vị và khá đắt. resort phòng ốc cũng ko như mong đợi, khá cũ và nhỏ, bồn sục trên ban công bị hỏng. nhà hàng và đồ ăn sáng thì không hài lòng cho lắm. resort có bể bơi ok. ngoài ra thời tiết cũng khó chịu nên trải nghiệm ko đc tốt lắm"

"We loved our stay here. The city was hectic due to the Grand Prix and this accommodation provided a lovely respite. It was peaceful, beautiful and easy to get to. The staff were fabulous and the meals that we had at Latitude were lovely. "
