The best part about this guesthouse is I do not see the staff but is there ready to get back to guests through messages. It is easy to do laundry on the rooftop."

"Great little spot tucked away in the quieter part of Hongdae, only short walk to get to the lively spots. Rooms are basic, but nice with complementary charger and fridge, if you just need a place to test during your sightseeing this is a great spot. Communal area is cozy and has plenty of offerings for a quick morning snack and breakfast before you head out. Access is by code, host greets and gets you squared away quickly. "

"Clean and great location just a 5 minute walk from Hongik University station. Bonus…it is on the airport line and for a mere 5500 won for the fast train to terminals 1 and 2 to/from Incheon Airport, and Gimpo airport is a stop as well. The 1 Line is a straight line to Jamsil and Lotte Tower and popular stops in central Seoul. Shopping on Honguate is just about 5/10 minute walk. Olive Young store for a comprehensive selection of Korean skincare is super close as well to the Daol Guesthouse....

"Absolute incredible stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is very modern with an amazing view of the Han river (windows are floor to ceiling which makes the room super bright). Loved the outdoor and indoor pool, the water temperature was so nice that I could even use the outdoor pool on a cool rainy day! "Great location and super helpful host Jin who went out of her way to ease our trip. The hill leading to the guesthouse is pretty manageable unless you are carrying heavy luggage. The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. I would stay here again on my next trip. "
