All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. I had an event to go to, had gotten ready and already left and was worried I left my flat iron on but couldn’t go back to check so I quickly messaged the hotel to ask if they could check (with apologies attached) and they responded and took care of it right away and put my mind at ease. They accommodated my weird schedule with cleaning my room as well. If I need to stay in the area again, I will be using them for sure.

Good

Location is great, staff are nice, rooms are well equipped and clean. The only issue was that the light sensor at the entrance kept turning on in the middle of the night for the whole night. The heater was noisy and couldn't have a good night sleep. Pillows loose their shape and you have to manually reshape them.

The room was extremely small. We could even hardly open our suit case. They usually offer a big discount. It was their main trick. That was the only reason I booked this hotel. It was a typical sales gimmick. Don’t get hooked by the gimmick.

Our room was very old. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Walls were so thin, couldn’t sleep at night due to baby crying somewhere on the floor. Found hair inside a towel!

This hotel looks nice and modern in the photos, but it has lots of flaws - no potable water in the room (even for the Nespresso machines), no shelves/drawers/dressers so you can unpack your suitcase, no view from the back side of the hotel, which has a metal mesh grate across the entire back of the building, no hot tub (as advertised), and it is a 10-15 minute walk to any of the 3 closest subway stations.

Nice but also disappointing

The hotel is nice and the room (while small) is clean, has good amenities, and a great view of the city. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to enjoy the rooftop bar, so I was very disappointed to find that the bar was booked for a private function for the entire night. They did not let any hotel guests inside. Also, the website says the lounge is open all day for food and drink, but when we showed up at 10:30am for brunch they said they were only doing breakfast service and were closed. It's a shame we were only able to enjoy our room and no other facilities in the hotel.

スタッフがとても親切でした！！ 駅からは歩きますが道は広く、近くに飲食店も多くて良かった。 仁川空港へのリムジンバスも、道路渡った向かいのバス停から乗れて便利。 部屋は綺麗ですが、ふとした時に絨毯から異臭がしたことと、シャワールームの隅の汚れが少し気になった。あとバスローブも裾が結構ほつれてた。 けど、おおむね良い滞在ができて満足です！

All in all fantastic stay. It’s a smaller hotel, but the rooms were great, the shower was a comfortable highlight. Working a conference so a nice little private retreat was just what I needed. Great area as it’s the business part of Seoul.
