아담하고 조용하지만 청소상태가 좀..

객실은 아담하고 정갈한 느낌이였습니다. 그런데 예약 요청사항에도 깨끗한 객실로 부탁드린다는 요청을 드렸음에도 객실 의자 밑에 누구가 사용한 휴지와 컵라면 건더기로 추정되는 마른 야채조각, 면조각이 있더라고요.. 조금 찝찝했지만 침구, 화장실은 청결상태가 괜찮아서 그냥 이용했습니다.

친절하고 가성비 짱인 강북숙소

프런트 직원들은 친절하고, 위치는 동묘부근인데 버스정류장이 가깝습니다. 강북권이나 관광지 이동에 용이합니다. 출장 시 자주 이용하는 곳입니다. 가성비가 무척 훌륭하고, 작은 욕조가 있는게 맘에 들었어요. 위치를 찾을 때 중간 골목으로 가시면 좁은 골목에 모텔 촌이라 무서울 수 있는데 큰 길로 찾아들어가면 전혀 위험한 곳이 아닙니다

숙박중에 인테리어 공사를 할거면 예약 전에 공지를 해놔야 하는거 아닌가? 소비자 우롱하는것도 아니고 무슨 오후에 호텔에서 쉬려니까 바로 옆에서 인테리어 공사를 해버리는 호텔이 어디있는지 참

口コミが良かったので泊まりましたが、トイレなのかお風呂なのか洗面所がものすごく臭かったです。部屋全体的にその臭いで具合いが悪くなるくらい不快でした。

Had a great stay. Room was not very big but very clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free gym in the hotel was a plus.

괜찮네요.

출장시 머물렀는데 깔끔하고 저렴하게 잘 머물렀습니다. ^^ 참, 일회용 칫솔은 제공되지 않으니 챙겨오시거나 프론트에서 1000원을 주고 구입하셔야 합니다.

3성급 아닙니다.

3성급 호텔 이라고 해서 기대했는데, 어딜봐서 3성급인지 모르겠어요. 70년대에 3성급이였던가요? 지금은 최신식 모텔보다 못한 정도였어요. 리모델링 했다고 해도 화장실 욕조부터 오래된 느낌이 그대로 느껴지고, 그 멋이 고풍스럽다기보다 그냥 오래되고 낡은 느낌입니다. - 조식 : 뷔페식 아닙니다. 네이버 블로그 속지마세요.

이 인근에서 가격 대비 가장 만족스러운 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 가족 여행보다는 출장, 입시 등의 일일 때 적합할 듯 합니다. 다만 객실에 따라서는 담배냄새(?)가 있는 경우도 있는데 관리가 부족하다기 보다는 중국인 여행객들이 많은 비중을 차지해서 그런 것이 아닌가 생각합니다.
