It was an enjoyable stay at Fraser. Employees were all so nice, treating guests with sincere care and kind smiles. Even when I ask for extra towels, they did not hesitate and provided us with more towels and other things I asked of them. The hotel was neat and clean, employees were all professional. All in all, I would use this hotel again in the near future. Thank you.

Great location close to 남대문 , 명동, 시청 and excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. Clean room and an umbrella in the room so I was able to take it with me while it was raining. Most places were within walking distance and subway station is within 10 minutes walking. I would book this hotel again for service and location.

Great and clean accommodation. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Myeongdong city centre is at walking distance and also the subway lines are a few minutes walk away. The food of the hotel restaurant is off high quality. My partner even said she had the best pasta of her life here, so go check it out! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Seoul station and discount on the Express train to Seoul Incheon In. Airport. Make sure to make use of this service :)

It has been a great experience — so much so that we were sad to leave the room. The hotel is very well located for getting in and out of the city, as well as for walking around a neighborhood full of dining options and more. The staff was very attentive. The room was amazing: very comfortable, super spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We’d come back tomorrow if we could.
