Very nice hotel for me as American traveler. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. Very quiet. Clean. Towels and water provided every day. Great little market right next door. Tons of restaurants nearby. Also close to Sinchon Station and Ehwa university exit on line 2. This is my second time here. Would be happy to come again.

For the price, it was a great stay. Clean and comfortable. The AC worked and the hot water. We even got a bath tub which was unexpected but a lovely surprise! Also the bottled water at our door in the morning was great too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the building. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was plain but it had the essentials. It took time for me to get used to the bed and the wet bathroom. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The distance was close to EHWA.

Hotel is old but clean and the location is nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke some English. There is a very strong chemical odor in the lobby, some cleaner maybe, that was very off-putting

This was a great hotel for my first stay in Korea. I chose it because it was close to my son’s apartment. It was very clean and quiet even though it’s in a big city. The staff were helpful and kind and could understand and speak enough english we could get by. They serve a nice breakfast and cleaned the room every day. The ac was delicious after being out in the heat and was easy to control. It’s close to coffee shops and many cafes and restaurants as well as the subway and bus stations. There is a small grocery store right next to them where you can get pretty much any snacks, drinks, fresh fruit and veges you might want. I stayed 12 days and was very pleased to have found the hotel H.

Awesome stay! The staff were nice, helpful and professional. Bed very comfy. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location is great. Lots of restaurant options. I actually extended my stay for one more week.

usually this is great and perfect for businiess trip. but this time they were busy. did not even read my request nor prepare room. the shower power was extremely poor. room is... well it is clean but with that price would better fo somewhere

First, the plaque outside says it is a 2-star hotel, not a 3-star as stated on most websites, and this is very understandable once you enter. On entering, the lobby had lots of bags of rubbish all over, it was very disorganized. The lobby staff throughout the visit weren't often there. The rooms are not like the photos. The room was dirty. There were scratch marks, drawings, and hairs all over the furniture. The floor was not clean. There is no clothes storage. The bathroom was mouldy. There were large bottles of cleaning supplies in the corner of the room. Extremely disappointed.
