Had a great stay!

I stayed here for about 10 nights and it was really nice. The staff are so kind and the view from my room was incredible. It’s about a 10 min walk from the subway but a nice walk anyway! Only thing I’d say is some of the furniture in my room was chipped so a repaint would have been nice. Apart from that I’ll stay here again.

Clean & Comfortable

The hotel is nice and clean. The AC unit worked very well. Considering we stayed in June, this was a big deal for us. The staff were also helpful when we needed to store our luggage after checking out. The location is good, but you do have to walk 15-20mins to get to the main cafe and shopping area. That wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you want to walk out and immediately be greeted with shops & things to do then you might be disappointed. However, it was easy to get picked up and dropped off via Taxi. If you value comfort and cleanliness over convenience then this is the place for you.

The hotel nice, but not as nice as I thought it was going to be especially for a place in Gangnam. The furniture in the room had quite significant signs of wear and tear and overall I was a bit disappointed by the room itself. I had a view of the Han river which was beautiful, but the area itself isn't the most interesting place to stay in Seoul.

Hotel Entra was located next to high end shopping and bus stops. However, there weren’t any close subway stations. The room was clean however the toilet was oddly not connected to the restroom. The regular shower head was positioned in a way that was inconvenient and the rain shower water pressure was just okay. The hair dryer had lint to the point unusable.

Room service was non existent. And none of the hotel’s restaurants were open. Even tho they claimed they were Air conditioning. Stayed at a hot temperature. Couldn’t change it. They wouldn’t help at the front desk.

Literally the worst

It is a hotel with a service that is less than a guest house. A fire alarm went off on the floor where I stayed, but I couldn't get any guidance from the hotel and there was no staff when I went down the emergency stairs to the front desk to check for safety. They didn't seem to have any fire response manuals and I wasn't sure about my safety. When I asked for ice, I was told to come to the front desk and take it. When I asked for room cleaning, I got an answer that I requested too late. I didn't get a notice from the hotel that I could only get the cleaning if I requested it early. The staff finally offered to clean the room as if they were kind to me. If you want a safe or comfortable stay, I would advise you to consider other hotels because there are many great hotels nearby.

I have never written a review before, but I'm writing one today. The room is so small, and it's not even fun. It's definitely false advertising, and they are showing it as big enough. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU'LL THANK ME LATER.

Good neighbourhood, friendly staff and clean Though rooms are not well maintained, Wifi was basically not available in the room (very poor signal), the tub was wobbly and not properly installed, also rooms are fairly small.

チェックインが22時頃になってしまったのですがとても丁寧に応対していただきました。その時は日本語ができる方も1人いらして問題なくチェックインできました。比較的こじんまりとしたホテルですが、綺麗なホテルでした。入口に数段の階段があるのでスーツケースは持ち上げないといけないです。スロープはどこかにあるのかもしれませんが階段のそばにはなかったです。気になる点をあげるとすればトイレのドアが途中で床に引っかかり全開にならなかったことと、メインのテレビのリモコンの反応が悪かったことくらいですが、トイレは全開にする必要はなく、テレビは本体で操作しました。あと、まずまずの交通量の道路沿いなので車の音は少なからず聞こえます。地下鉄は2つの駅を徒歩10分程度で利用できますが、どちらも緩やかな坂道でした。駅近のホテルも便利ですが、こちらは徒歩20分くらいの範囲に美味しいお店もたくさんありましたし、食べたあとゆっくり歩いて帰ることでいい運動にもなったので良かったです。

The staff were kind and professional and the hotel is easy to get to by public transportation. The bed is good, although the room I stayed in was very small. Opt for the larger size room for an even better experience. The morning breakfast was nice.

Considering the location the hotel is decent. The staff are very friendly and nice. The room was clean but the windows needed a wash. Breakfast was also good. I would recommend if you’re looking for a standard hotel.
