Beautiful view from the windows, and a very comfortable place to stay! It felt like home for a couple of days. My only complaint is that the previous guest’s food was still in the fridge when I arrived, which made me concerned that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned…

We really loved our stay at this place. There are a convenience store in the building and very good bakeries nearby. Also, you can walk 5 minutes to the Coex and will find so many stores and restaurants. Amenities at the stay was great and it was very well equipped (microwave, fridge, stove, filtered water) and amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, body soap, shampoo, rinse and towels)

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, and the subway system so it was super easy to get around. My only negative feedback is around communication... because it is an apartment with no front desk, there was always a 1-2 day drlay in any inquiries. So we were left trying to figure some things out on our own. Woul go back to stay there again, mostly because of the location.

It’s very confusing to find our “hotel “. It’s not a hotel it’s apartment which is fine but we did not get notice how to access the apartment. It’s take about 30 min. The big dissatisfaction it’s communication. We never got bedding linens. But area is very good

Overall good location to train station, Hyundai mall. Difficult to find the apartment building. Recommend the owner provide specific directions on where to go and to ask security personnel for assistance especially if we are new to area.

スタッフを泊めよう思い予約しました。が、とにかく水廻りの汚れが酷く、泊りたくないとの事で、他のホテルに移動しました。 泊まっていません。チェックインしただけだす。価格を見て、バックパッカー用と認証すべきでした。 このエリアでこの価格は良心的です。が、学生向きです。このクリーニングでは、日本や韓国の方は泊まりたくないと思います。 ごめんなさい、いいコメントでなくて。いい場所なので、改善してくださいね。

一階にカフェ、コンビニ、飲食店が入っていて便利です。ホテルの小さな冷蔵庫と違い、自宅のような大きな冷蔵庫があります。アメニティも揃っています。クローゼットには傘も用意されていました。なぜかバスマットがなかったのでフェイスタオルを代用しました。カンナムに泊まる時はまたこちらを利用したいです。

아쉽네요 개선 부탁합니다

전체적으로 아쉬운 숙박이었는데 개선이 되면 좋겠네요. [화장실] 환기구에서 소리가 너무 커서 소음으로 느껴집니다. 환기와 전등 구분이 없어서 전등만 켤 수 없는 구조라서 환기구 수리 또는 구분 가능하도록 콘센트 변경이 필요할 것 같습니다. [가구] 테이블이 하나 있는데 조임부분 이격이 있었는지 임시방편으로 종이로 이격을 채워서 흔들리지 않게 해놓는 걸로 보입니다. 제대로 된 수리나 교체가 필요할 것 같 습니다. [에어컨] 오너가 직접 사용해 보셨는지 모르겠는데 전혀 시원하지 않습니다. 가장 낮은 16도 설정해도 밤새 더워서 휴대용 선풍기 아니면 잠을 들 수 없습니다. 점검 받아보는게 나을 듯 합니다. [콘센트] 벽 내부가 훤히 보이는데 콘센트 커버 사셔서 수리 좀 하는게 나을 듯 합니다. 감전 위험이 커 보입니다. [가스점검] 오너에게 연락도 받지 못했는데 방안에서 쉬는 중에 가스점검이 와서 놀랐습니다. 오너에게 이미 이날 방문한다고 전달했다고 하면서 가스점검하고 가셨는데 어이가 없네요. 숙박 이용자에게 사전에 연락을 해주셨다면 알고 대응을 했을텐데 이건 좀 아닌듯 합니다.

大きな冷蔵庫、調理器具、食器もあり、エアビーのような感じなので、自分の家のように過ごしたい人向けです。部屋は綺麗に掃除されてますが、ホテルのようなアイロンのきいたシーツ、クリーニングされたタオルはなく、管理人さんが洗濯したものが置いてありますので、清潔感を求める人には不向きでしょう。

Hotellet, som ligger på våningarna 13-25 i huset ligger jättebra till. Nära allting. Rummet var riktigt bra med goa sängar och plats att sitta och äta maten. Köksutrustningen var minimal men eftersom vi köpte Take out så gjorde det inte så mycket Personal, utöver killen i foajén (som inte hörde till hotellet men väl hela huset) såg vi inte röken av.
