I did not go to the $119 buffet for any meals, but I was told by other patrons that it was excellent. I don't eat enough to justify that price tag. The lounge servers were excellent and very accomodating. The room was in fairly good shape and overall the hotel was clean. It's a little remote compared to other hotels in terms of nearby shops, but it wasn't too bad. You can get the orange line metro pretty easily but there is a little hill that you have to walk up when you return, just FYI. Food options in the hotel were meh and the other resteraunt there was good but pricey.

Such helpful staff. We needed help with a few things and someone at the front desk was always available and willing to assist. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the location was right near a subway station and multiple bus lines which get you everywhere you need. Get a t-money card & load with credit which lets you tap on and off to all trains and buses as you go. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant- plenty of walkable options nearby if you want to try them. The laundry service was way too expensive- you can just buy new items for the prices they charge!

The cleaning staff didn’t sweep the carpet as chips were left on the floor from previous night. Shampoo was not refilled, tissue was not refilled. Shower door was loose. Main room door is slight misaligned thus requiring extra effort to close. Noise from adjacent room were audible almost every night of our 5 night stay. Two nights had couple arguing through out the night. No shops or restaurants within 10-12 mins of walking. This should be a 3-4 star hotel at best.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and modern rooms. The views from the lounge were superb. There was a distinct lack of vegetarian food options at all of the restaurants within the hotel which was disappointing.

The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend.
