"I loved the size of the residency. My favourites were the pool, sauna and ice bath! The staff were really nice and I loved hanging out in their main reception where they served delicious food and drinks. :) If you get time, get a massage - it will worth it!"

I received messages from a bunch of different numbers - all of them in charge of something different. That meant that it was impossible for me to know who to contact for cleaning etc. And replies was always very late. That communication structure makes absolutely NO sense.
