"We had a lovely stay but we were only there for a couple of days, and went rafting so did t really use the facilities. The pool is being renovated too so not really usable. "We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

The location is far north end of Sanur beach - which is good for the port to islands, but otherwise a long way from main restaurant, bar & shopping areas. The air conditioning in the rooms smelt, and needs servicing. Breakfast buffet was good."
