"There was a wedding that night that was louder than most concerts I’ve been too. I’m all about a good time but everything in the room was vibrating and went on til 10:30. The staff even asked them to lower it a little bit and they did for about 5 minutes and then turned back up. I would just check if there are any events going on before staying here again."

"the room was clean but no shampoo but had conditioner and bath gel and bath soap o garbage can in the room. felt a little uncomfortable with the type of other guests staying in hotel but staff was friendly"

"Had to wait 20 minutes to check in- I think the single employee was cleaning a room. Our room had been renovated but it was really a bandaid. There was a hole in our wall, outlets and doors were filthy. The a/c unit aside from being sooooo loud was covered in filth. I don’t think the floors have ever been cleaned and the bathroom was definitely only surfaced clean but barely. Toothpaste on the mirror, hair in the sink, dirt on the toilet….if we weren’t desperate we would have left immediately."

"The floor was covered in some sticky substance that we removed ourselves with paper towels and water. The sheets and towels were never changed. The freezer has a defrost cycle that drips water to the contents of the refrigerator."

"Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable."

"Very disapointed. The pictures are false the property need some TLC pool was a mess and we cleaned the leaves out and trash just so we could get cooled off. The bathroom had several cracks in the tiles mold around edges of shower. Just not up to what is posted on web site. Would not stay with kids here again. Sorry Family"

"Fridge didn't work, had maintenance come but they just verified and said nothing they could do, toilet barely flushed, and overall, not enough staff to accommodate guest needs."

"This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!"

"I did not stay the night. We checked out within an hour of check in. We did go the front desk and explain why the front desk lady was very understanding and the manager on the phone agreed it was ok to leave and we would be reimbursed. The front of the location did not look bad, but our room was in the back. The front of the room was littered with all sorts of trash overflowing from the trash can. Even the parking spot. There were shady characters lurking along the path to the rooms that...

"I worked with Ayisha at the front desk to add a day to our stay prior to our arrival. She was very kind and helpful. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights. Following a call from the front desk to report to the front desk after check-in, the issue was resolved. The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. Plenty of parking.
