"Wir haben dieses Hotel nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge besucht und waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter, die zu jeder Zeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit waren. Man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut.
Auch die Zimmer haben uns überzeugt: Sie sind groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein angenehmes Ambiente und einen hohen Komfort."

"Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed."

"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."

"The Hotel and Resort all together are very old and outdated. I do not know how it is possible to have such a high rating. When we checked in we had to change 3 rooms until we got one that did not have a mold smell inside of the room. Avoid the bungalow rooms, I think those are the worst. Food was mostly average and drink selection is terrible. If you are looking for something premium avoid Xanadu. If you are looking for something cheap just to get away from home and have no expectations then...

"Prachtig en zeer goed hotel waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen.
Het begint al bij aankomst. Je word zeer vriendelijk verwelkomt en mag eerst gaan zitten om een drankje te drinken.
Zij verzorgt in de tussentijd het inchecken.
De kamers waren zeer ruim en mooi ingericht met een inloopkast en ruime badkamer.
De bedden zijn super comfortabel en de service en schoonmaak perfect.
Zeker een hotel om vaker naar toe te gaan. "
