"Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed."

"We had a great time at Kadriye Sarp Otel with our child! The hotel is located very close to Nickelodeon Land, which was very convenient for a family vacation. There is a nice swimming pool on the property where our child really enjoyed spending time. The food was tasty and varied, and there was always something suitable for the whole family. "It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."
