"Giovanni ist der gute Geist des Hotels, und er war immer sehr freundlich zu uns.
Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Fahrräder zum Leihen waren leider unnutzbar, wenn man mehr als 2 km fahren möchte und man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen für die Geräusche der Straße.

"We stayed in Malcesine for four nights and paid extra for a lake-view room, which was absolutely worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the morning or in the evening with a drink, taking in the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains, was one of the highlights of our stay.

"The location of the hotel is excelent.
I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft.
However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces.
Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view.
The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them.

"Unser 5 Aufenthalt im Ilma. Wie immer sehr schön.
Zimmer und Bäder sind inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ists ok und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist allerdings unbezahlbar.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstück ist relativ reichhaltig, aber seitdem wir dort sind, immer gleich. Es ändert sich nichts! Leider.
Warum die große Aussenterrasse zum Frühstück nicht genutzt werden darf, bleibt mir, meiner Frau und allen anderen Gästen mit denen wir ins Gespräch kamen, ein Rätsel.
