"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Leaking ceilings onto hallway carpeting. Booked in March for a Sept stay and was given an unacceptable room overlooking a roof when I inquired, they change us to at least a street view. Very hot rooms, was not able to control air-conditioning to be cooler, it was controlled by the front desk.🙄😵‍💫 I will say Patricia at the front desk was the most helpful of anyone at this hotel"
