The Pic du Midi (2,900 m), is one of the most beautiful mountains in the Pyrenees. The peak is accessible all year round. Two cable cars run to the top, from where there is a unique view of the Pyrenees chain from all sides. The Pyrenees form the natural border between Spain and France. The mountains stretch for about 490 kilometres, from the west to the east, from the Bay of Biscay to the Mediterranean Sea. #Nature #LocalSecrets

We had a very nice view of the balcony and our room had a pantry which was surprisingly complete of appliances and was quite useful as the shops/restaurants in the area were mostly closed during our stay.
