"Kind and helpful staff. Rooms are modern and well cleaned. The beds are my favourite part, firm but not too firm. With so many hotel beds you sink into the bed and wake up hot and have a sore back. Not this place. Phenomenal beds. Good location too."

"Upon arrival I was greeted by a man? Dressed as a female prositute, they let me in as I was after hours and without a keycard. They asked me for a cigarette as well, hotel staff didn’t seem to care/do anything as this person sat in the lobby. Room was clean, something pink splattered across the roof above the bed though. Loud banging to fix something just outside of my room door began at 7am. Overall okay, definetly felt the need to lock the door as much as possible. Parking seemed secure but a little on the difficult side as it is not labeled where parking is and there are very few spaces. Rooms are also definetly not sound proofed in the slightest."

"Honestly the front staff, the security are all just amazing people. They are so friendly and so kind. I stay in edmonton a lot and this is my option b hotel only because of the distance. But even the hotel I frequently stay at doesn’t come close to the service. Amazing people thank you "
