"Nice, standard hotel. A bit more expensive than other hotels we stayed in during our Korea trip, but very close to the convention. Tough to be the location."

"The Arte Hotel was a really pleasant surprise. Well appointed with nice modern artworks on the walls. The staff spoke good English & were so happy & helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation within walking distance & were directed to a great Korean BBQ restaurant about 10mins walk away. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds & sitting space.We were especially grateful for the valet parking & prompt retrieval of our car. I would stay here again & although the area is a little colourful the Arte Hotel is a cut above. Will recommend to other travellers. "

"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "

"Great room and staff. There was one issue: in my room, when you press the buttons to turn on lights, some of the lights made a high-pitched noise when they were on. That’s it though. Cleaning staff did an amazing job!"
