The guests with dogs made no effort to keep them quiet late into the night. I’m a dog person but these dogs were really annoying. I won’t stay there again unless I really need the kitchenette."

As we drove in the property looked clean well taken care of. The parking lot was clean no garbage. We walk in there are signs of no smoking near the property all over the doors, yet the moment we open the first lobby door the strong oder of smoke and mold hit you immediately. "We stayed 3 nights, second day put the hanger on for maid service, got back that night, didn't happen. Went down and got towels, they apologized put us on a "list" to get cleaned, got back that night, still didn't clean and no towels. Went back down at 9 pm and got towels. They never cleaned our room. Breakfast lady was very nice."

"We personally left after 20 minutes of being there. Check in was smooth and easy, but it was 1 AM when we arrived and there were at least 7 people loitering outside with cars pulling up etc and making noise. Fine, whatever. We got to our room and even though it was listed as nonsmoking, the room reeked of smoke and marijuana. Also, the toliet did not flush and there appeared to be some mold on the bathroom wall. We decided it wasn’t worth it since we had an infant and just left. Not worth $400...

This prevented the issuance of physical room keys, however, Christine went above and beyond to help us navigate the Hilton Honors app to facilitate use of an “electronic” key."
