"Arriving on a Thursday late afternoon no one was available to help us check in. We waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. (The lobby door was locked.) The only 2 issues we had were as follows: the tub / shower appeared new, but the step in was so high I could barely get in and out with bad hips (I really don't have a problem at home); and the parking spaces for the upper level rooms don't have enough room to swing in or out without backing up halfway in. But we would stay there again."
