"Hello, I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review. The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep. Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as...

"Everything was very functional for what we needed, including location and proximity to downtown Longmont. Would have loved some real coffee mugs and wine glasses and bottled water, but we assessed situation early so adjusted and made things work."

"Our room on the main floor was classified as non-smoking. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. The staff simply dismissed our complaints. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Night/morning clerk was very short and seemed annoyed with my friendliness in the morning."

"Hotel did not keep the reservation. We made reservations at the hotel and a day before arriving to Boulder. We called the hotel to confirm our stay to find out that they do not have rooms for us even though they had the reservation. The hotel staff refused to help I warn anyone against staying at the hotel. You never know when they’re gonna cancel your reservation just because they feel like it."
