"The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. El departamento estuvo totalmente equipado, todo muy limpio y es muy moderno; tiene tambien cocheras por si vas en auto además de una piscina temperada disponible para los huéspedes. Lucas del front desk fue muy amable y resolvió mis dudas enseguida. Lo mejor son las vistas del lago desde el mismo apartamento ya que el lago está cruzando la calle y se puede ir a pasear y caminar por la orilla luego de un día de hacer tours en Bariloche. "The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!).
