Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. It would be nice if the owner invested more into these small details. For the rate per night, it must compete well with other luxury hotels. Overall, great...

"The hotel was pretty modern and new. The double suite was very large and beautiful. It was a pretty quiet, family business and the staff was so nice and accommodating. It felt like staying with family. The food was delicious as well. The area is pretty isolated, but a short cab ride can take you to town for groceries and restaurants. Super refreshing and pretty pool, and the beds were SO comfortable. "

"Jaguar Creek was an absolute gem!!! Not only is the location spectacular, but the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The location was so beautiful and relaxing. Onsite there so many beautiful plants and a couple of hiking trails that are recommended to really explore the area. The food is delicious and the menu changes daily. "We didnt spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Don't stay in room 24!! Every night there was a full choir singing very loudly until 9pm at night The one night they were singing nursery rhymes, for no reason. The room was right next door and felt like they were inside our space! The up side was the air conditioning was great. We stayed in a Junior suite, so it had a 5 gallon water bottle which we appreciated. There was a kettle, so I brought oatmeal with me for a quick breakfast....
