"Upon check in there was only one desk associate, she was polite but the staff as a whole was unhelpful. "Overall, this was a great stay for the price I paid for 2 nights. The breakfast (waffle minis, muffins, bagels, cereal, coffee and juice) was included and a plus for me. The bathroom was a little outdated and the faucet piece actually fell off but we were able to put back together. Other than that, customer service was cool and not much noise other than the norm. I’d definitely stay again!"

"The staff and the property were excellent.
We only had just a couple of issues with our room (fridge wasn't cooling and toilet wasn't flushing properly but that was probably due to a large number of people in the hotel due to a family reunion over the weekend) but once we connected the front desk, the issues were resolved almost immediately.
The bed was so comfy, and the room was modern and spacious. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends visiting Columbia, S.C.!!!...
