"We booked the lower ground floor premier apartment for our recent visit to London. On arrival, our very cheerful receptionist informed us that we had been moved to the first floor as the lighting on the lower ground was limited. I had no issue with this but when we got up to the floor via the lift, we found that we had to go up 15 stairs with a large heavy suitcase, then there were another 4 stairs in a very narrow corridor. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Vancouver. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always making sure I felt taken care of. The location is fantastic- few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and bus stops, but in my garden-facing room it was quiet and had a nice view and fresh air. The room was tidy, as it looked in the photos and was very comfortable. For the price I felt the value of location, stylish room and kitchenette was excellent and felt like home. Shower was cozy, but great hot water...

"No tengo las palabras para describir este lugar, empezando por la ubicación, está muy bien ubicado cercas de la estación South Kensington y es muy seguro
La habitación, cuenta con todo lo que necesitas, la cama es cómoda, el Internet funciona muy bien, la ducha excelente, el radiador y el AC, una caja de seguridad, plancha y secadora de cabello, el lugar es muy limpio, cuando hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación lo dejaron encantador

"Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp.
When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. Customer service was awful, and the place wasn’t even clean to begin with.
