"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

"The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did."

"Die Unterkunft war eine andere wie eigentlich geplant. Das Ersatz Zimmer war für drei Personen grade okay. Das Frühstück musste in einen Supermarkt geholt werden und vor Geschäft gefrühstückt werden."

"Great place to stay, with the option of using the kitchen which has all the basics. Access close by to the DLR, Elizabeth and jubilee lines and Uber Boat. Lots of places to eat and drink all around, also large and small supermarkets close by.
Only drawback is the lack of Aircon. Extremely hot dats with only a fan in the room. Hopefully something they are looking into."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at a time were the temperatures in London reached over 90 degrees and unfortunately this place has no AC, they did provide us with two fans but still too hot to sleep. The eventuality brought us a small AC that we used in the bedroom when we slept.
The furniture is very basic and could use upgrading to something nicer. All appliances worked great and it was nice to have a full fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine....

"The 3bedrm/3.5 bathroom unit was perfect for our group of 5 people. Location so convenient to sights and transportation. Walkable to many places. Comfortable, clean and modern. Kitchen very usable and stocked with plates and cutlery. We didnt cook but could have with the pot/pans present. So helpful to have the larger refrigerator and freezer during this past week of extreme heat. AC worked well. Bathrooms had good water temperature and pressure. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and immediately...
