"Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

"parking was OK and room was clean. When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep "

"We left at 0515, office was not open, pictures of room on expedia, was not the room i checked into, beds were clean, someone needs to scrub the bathtub, had a dirt ring. Not in a bad area, within walking distance to Walmart."

"The ad said that breakfast was included. My confirmation email said it was "light" breakfast. I was ok that this cost $25 more than other places with no breakfast. However, I was lured in by the breakfast and bait and switched with this supposed light one. The juice machine was broke, and the only food available was oatmeal packets. I've had places that had light breakfast but this was completely misleading and I won't ever go there again."

"I had a great stay for a great value. I definitely would stay here again. Nearby all the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg. Close to pigeon forge too. The room was in great condition with a beautiful view from the balcony. I even got to see a bear from a safe place, while relaxing on the balcony. "
