"Not a 4 star hotel as depicted. Dirty, air conditioner doesn't work, very humid in rooms. I was changed rooms 3 times, until the 4th room the a/c kinda worked. Very dirty, stay away."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! Only slight drawback is that when the occasional service vehicle or pedestrian jaunt through the narrow cobblestone street...

"Great location, staff and breakfast, comfortable beds, good ac and shower the only downside os the construction infront of hitel which makes taking ubers and taxis hell, thats not their fault but something to consider if you have huge suitcases like we did"
