When arriving went to our rooms comforters was just pulled up. Checked under them was hair on sheets bedding had not been changed. Went to office was given new room. Beds was made,bathrooms been cleaned but remote for tv was so dirty ,walls and doors looked like had never been cleaned. Outside had teash n, not big stuff but beer caps, wrappers cigarette butts.

It is by far the filthiest hotel that I have ever stayed at. I have pics if I could send them to you. Toilet hadn't been cleaned for awhile, a hair and filth on the bottom of the toilet seat, shower drain was filthy, long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had it reserved for two nights, but didn't even shower there, and left after one night. It was not refundable, but I definitely deserve a refund for at least the one night I didn't stay. I told the guy the next morning how bad it was, and that I would never stay there again.

I stayed for one night and it served its purpose just to sleep. The heat in my room was not working great and several lights were not functioning. It seems a little over priced for the poor quality but ultimately it was bearable for one night.

This motel is poorly maintained, the rooms haven’t been cleaned, bed sheets not washed between costumers, towels we gray and too old, inside door lock broken 😡

Trash cans outside the door, heater didnt work. Lamp shades were old and dingy, no chair. Pillows were flar and cases look like they had been slept on. Will never stay here again. Did not match the picture on we bsite.

The toilet was plumped wrong and ran constantly. Tub faucet leaked causing water all over the floor when you showered. Housekeeping did not come in and clean up, only left towels on the bed and didn’t remove the soggy ones that were used to absorb the mess.

The room had not been cleaned before checkin. Unmade beds and garbage from previous occupants. Got a room change and upgrade, but there were dead bugs all over the floor in the room and bathroom. Never found the remote to the TV, door lock did not work. Cobwebs everywhere. Rooms are not clean. Didnt even shower during my stay. Owner was nice and accomodating.

Was clean other than lampshades. Door did not shut like it should as locks did not engage properly. Would be very easy to push open and very drafty in the winter. It was late when we got back to room and did not notice how bad the lock was until next morning. Older motel in need of repair.

Last Resort
I did not expect much: Small town motel at a low price, clearly. It a 4 start hotel. But goodness. It was not clean. The beds are very aged, linens poor quality and the pillows have seen better days. The aesthetics left much to be desired… like, hire a real handyman to insulate the air conditioner. We only stayed here because the other hotels were full.

My friend and I were terribly disappointed about this property. No care was taken to actually "clean" our room. Dirty mirrors, baseboards were nasty, towels were paper thin. Ever stay somewhere you were afraid you were bringing "bed bugs" home w/you? This was such a place. At the moment all is in the washer and all else is in the sunshine and I am googling how to prevent bringing unwanted critters in the household. (whether they had bed bugs or not I did not want to find out. I am taking precautions!!!!!

I am deeply sorry for you bad stay however when ask how your room was you reply that you were too tired when you got to it to notice rest assured we do take complaints at are front desk and when things are brought to are attention we do are best to correct them

Understandably the hotel is privately owned. When i went to talk to the manager about stains on the sheets i was told id have to wait for the manager 45 mins to an hour. When the manager arrived he told me all the laundry is done onsite. And assured the room was cleaned, yet the restroom smelled stongly of urine. I felt uncomfortable and bullied since i asked for my money back. Instead of arguing with the owner i just left without a refund or being compensated. * manager also said since i had been in the room more than 15 mins that i couldnt get a refund which was not mentioned at the time of check in, since the daughter who doesnt work there was just volunteering. When i checked in i sat in the parking lot 15 mins before entering my room, and was only in the room for close to 15 min.

It was clean and quiet. The driveway needs attention and the surrounding area could be cleaned up and mowed. Overall it was a great spot for what I needed, a place to sleep while completing business in town.

My stay at this motel
A run down motel that was keep clean, but wasn't immaculate. Check in was out doors because the door in couldn't be open. It was windy and cold. The room was occupied with what seem to be second hand furniture or at least very worn furniture. The TV was difficult to figure out and has limited channels. Very sketchy looking place, may me be prepare to leave at moment notice.

Guest was upset that there was a $25 deposit. Other than that the room was checked before returning deposit and there were no "poop" stains on our beds.

Country Comfort
It was easy and comfortable. Very close to our venue, within a short distance of restaurants and Walmart! Quiet and peaceful. Everyone we met there was friendly and we made some new friends, exchanged email, phone, and addresses. Weather was great, just a bit windy! But I am from Kansas so wind is a way of life. Thank you everyone!!

Stay for concert in Lincoln
No bottom sheets on both beds. Bed comforter was on the floor. Looked like someone had been sleeping on it. Kleenex on floor under comforter. No extra blankets but did bring us some towels.

This is completely inaccurate. The rooms were made & checked prior to your arrival. Also, after check-in an employee even came to your room to ask if everything was okay and you confirmed it was.

We checked into this hotel and one room was a non smoking but reeked of smoke. The other room had bugs all over the floor. We did not stay and the guy running said I needed to go though you to get my refund.

Do Not Stay Here. Negative reviews accurate.
Motel was very dirty. Lots of hair in bathtub. In general disrepair. Door lock wouldn’t work. Windows falling apart. Mattresses very old and sketchy. Smelled heavily of smoke with ashtray in room even though room was marked non smoking. All negative reports are accurate. Do not stay here.

The red hot tub and décor was dated. It was obvious it was not cleaned before our stay. My husband refused to take a shower because it was disgusting. We contemplated sleeping in our car rather than the bed.

Disgusting
We arrived approximately 11:30 pm and checked in. Discovered at check in that breakfast was not being served due to the lobby closed for COVID restrictions. that's fine, but would have been nice to know when I booked the room. We go to our room... supposedly non-smoking. Not so... the hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke and our room even had odor of cigarette smoke and urine. The room was disgusting. the microwave had proably never been cleaned since new out of the box. The bedding was dirty. The pillows were stained. The bathroom was dirty and not wiped down. Trash. Cigarette ash in and on the night stand. no toilet paper - I'm serious, none on the roll and no extra rolls. and I have pictures to prove it. So.... we ended up sleeping in the pickup. 39 degrees cold and raining. one for the memory book.... I remember two things when I was booking a room that night online: 1. This place stated it was doing extra measures to clean and sanitize for COVID. 2. on the search this was the only place supposedly in Seward, NE to stay. Come to find out - neither one of those statements are true. Obviously I shared how dirty it was. And two...there is a Cobble Stone Hotel and Suites 2 blocks away and East Side Inn and Suites. We plan to travel back to Seward in the future and I know where not to stay. Very frustrated; and frankly would like my money back on this one.

We did not stay even though we had prepaid. When we arrived it was dark and dirty. It appeared that there were people in the parking lot engaging in illegal activity. We left and found somewhere else to stay.

We have not had anyone named Dan stay here for the entire month. We only had a few workers staying at the hotel. Nothing was brought to management's attention in regards to any illegal activity. This is a very nice neighborhood. We have not received any complaints before; but if something is brought to our notice, we would have definitely taken action. Since we did not have anyone named Dan stay here, please specify the date if/when you did stay. We will do further investigation.
