"2 night stay. The good. Front desk staff friendly and inviting. Comfortable beds and pillows, Heat/cool system accurate and comfortable. Drinkware in room good. Breakfast options good. Underground parking handy. The bad. Room worn out. Carpet baren, sofa dirty, pedestal sink loose, small old tv's not yet replaced with newer ones as in other rooms, door hinge loose, (reported but not repaired). No room cleaning service during stay. Food tray left outside door stayed for a day and a half....

"The front desk lady was very friendly, and her little dog was absolutely adorable. Check-in was quick and seamless, and we appreciated being assigned a main-floor room with no need to go upstairs. We always choose this hotel when visiting GP because there are no pet fees and the rates are excellent."

"The rooms are a great size with a working fireplace and kitchenette. Yard was under water as with most hotels in a spring thaw but they had equipment working to remove ice and snow "

"I was fleeing a dangerous domestic situation and needed a safe place to stay. I booked a non refundable room and they would not let me check in because I have a local address. What absurd policy doesn’t let people who live in the same town use your facilities? And not advertise it on your listings???"
