"Staff are exceptional especially the gentleman working overnight last night. They had our room ready early and stored our baggage after our cruise yesterday. The person who deserves March 17 into the morning on March 18. My friend found out at 3am her dad had passed away unexpectedly. The gentleman’s working the front desk was overnight was soo accommodating. He made my whole travel party tea and coffee and extended our checkout the next day. I wish I knew his name to mention but in the upset...

"Last minute stay due to flight cancelation. Everything was wonderful from Airport shuttle, friendly and helpful desk and restaurant staff, immaculate room with comfy bed. Return shuttle to airport was not yet operating during our very early flight but front desk secured a private shuttle which was excellent. The pool was awesome. Even though a very short stay it was wonderful! This place has it all!"

"We stayed for 7 days. Room only clwaned 2 time's. Was not informed about a 60 dollar a day fee for parking our rental until we checked in. Other fees we were told for riding the elevator. We ate in one restaurant and food over priced and not good. Also service fee added on each tab for tip but still expecting tip after 18 percent gratuity. Not worth the price paid and hipe.

"Kate was our front desk advisor. She was courteous and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. Location is ok (as it was raining so without close restaurants less than a mile - you were forced to eat in or get wet). Great shuttle service. "

"The front desk staff were kind and efficient. The room was clean but the bathroom was not cleaned properly and had hair all over. The bathroom water is yellow which I guess is currently a Fort Lauderdale issue. There is a quick efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise port. The cruise shuttle is $20 per person. FLL airport is a nightmare but the shuttle driver will be in contact to do pick up. "
