"The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

"This place was absolutely beautiful. It was charming and relaxing. The personal sauna and pool was definitely a plus and was a great touch. It seems like every thought was put into having a relaxing and peaceful stay. I can't wait to go back!"

"I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said."

"The property was clean, it was close to everything. The bathroom was a little dirty. The elevator was not working, we were on the second floor, the gentleman behind the counter did carry one of my bags for me. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. I was there for two nights did not use the pool, for the price it was ok."

"We were traveling on a budget and this met all of our needs. Our kiddos loved the continental breakfast, the room was sufficient for a young family of 4, and we were exceptionally thrilled when the front desk attendant on Saturday 6/13 opened the pool just a few minutes before 10am so my kiddos could enjoy it while we had the time. My only complaint was that our bathroom sink was very slow to drain but I shared that with staff and feel confident it will be handled."

"The rooms were very big and fit our family of five well this was a last-minute stay as the hotel we booked (in a different city) was awful and we had to drive and find another hotel. I was super pleased with this stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was super close to the mall and Topgolf."
